In a Nutshell

This whole thing started with Thomas AKA Tommy Hodges (Veronica's Boyfriend who is married) parking his vehicles partially in our driveway. Tommy has been asked by many neighbors to move his vehecles to no avail. The difference for us is that we happen to have move next door to him. After many failed attempts to ask him nicely to not block our driveway, Parking authority got involved and begin to write him tickets. He got mad and started to solicit the help of Veronica Shinault. Shinault then started to park her vehicles in front of our home. She got infuriated when I left a nice note informing her that I know it is pulic parking but heer vehicle was leaking transmission and oil in front of our home. I simply asked her to clean it up. Later she called the police to say that someone put oil on both of her doors. The police came and asked questions. As he was leaving I asked what I could do to stop the harassment by my neighbors. He told me that I culd file a Peace Order , wow that sound nice. I filed a Peace Order , She filed a response. When we got to court Judge Lisa Hall asked if we wanted to continue. I said no, Shinault said yes. Mid trial the Judge, said this is ridiculous. I agreed and she tossed it out of court. Shinault got mad and shortly afterwards had ADT mount several cameras aimed at our Home. It was after she mounted these cameras and watched our home for two months when she came up with the idea that a light coming from my home was trying to put out her camera. She filed a peace order indicating this and brought some video footage. I did not get to see the full footage. Judge Brown awarded the Peace Order. I appealed, she got a lawyer and I did not have one. Even though I supeoned ADT and they stated that her cameras were under warranty and that the cause of malfunction was not due to a laser light. I also proved that the post office did not write any tickets which she alledge and I proved that the other statements that she made was a lie. Her lawyer, Haskell, appeared to have already had a conversation with Judge Nice who was on his way out the door. The handwriting was on the wal. Shinault strategy then was to continue to file contempts with an attempt to overwhelm me with the paper work and get me arrested.
